Description
The Loiter jacket falls somewhere between dressed-up and workwear, which is the sort of grey area that Daiki Suzuki loves to place Engineered Garments. The silhouette is the recognisable boxy cut which we all know from EG – with a slightly dropped shoulder and roomy fit. The convertible collar can be worn open with a notched lapel, or it has the option to be buttoned-up into a storm collar for extra protection. This polka dotted fabric is a uniform cloth, a broad designation originally given to fabrics milled to be used in workwear uniforms. It's a bit of a colloquial term that's batted around the industry for cheap material but EG uses the legit stuff. Although you might not notice it at first, the cloth is actually patterned with a micro polka dot for an added level of intrigue.
