Description
As LeBron James approaches 20 years in the NBA, Nike has begun celebrations and what better way than to release some of the rarest colourways? Officially designated as the 'LeBron 2' this model is the first shoe to bear James' name. Despite his direct influence, the Air Zoom Generation was never officially a LeBron shoe. This colourway earned the nickname 'Maccabi' when LeBron wore them during a pre-season game against Maccabi Tel Aviv. Initially only a PE (Player Exclusive) and never released, over 15 years later this colourway is finally available to the public. The metallic gold is set against a smooth white leather, with lasered details tucked below the removable ankle strap. The lace tips proudly wear the 'King James' moniker, reminding you who's still on top almost two decades later.
